Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order, the products will be dispatched within 7 business days depending on your destination and then delivered in 30 days.

Cancellation Policy
​
You as a customer can cancel your order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can do so by emailing us on zo.design.life@gmail.com or calling us on +91 9811827792. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Return & Refund Policy

Before you return our product please understand how it is made. Our products have a handmade element in their making process; handbent metal, manual welding, sand casting etc. because we believe there is perfection in imperfection. Despite this we want to provide you with the best quality.
Please note that we work on a no return and refund policy for all items, unless the product is damaged or different from its description. The damaged and/or defective products should be brought to our notice within 48 hrs of its receipt, along with supporting images of the damaged good. If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be arranged for the same.
